All rates and services vary per select package offered due to time constraints. One logo or website project per account submission. **Pay-As-You-Go Rates: 2 hour / $50 minimum billing. Monthly payments due every 1st of the month. Weekly payments are due every Monday by 11:00am EST. * * * Refer a friend and SAVE 25% on your next order. * * *†Plus $100wk per Sales Rep. Printing, mailing fees, and travel expenses do not apply. New accounts require a $50 administration fee and a 25% advance deposit due at signing for any projects quoted $100 or more. Payments accepted via web or by phone. Ok to change package after 30 days. No refunds after 24hrs from date received. NOTE: A new contract is required per project or at end of each project term. SuJen Creatives will not be responsible for any printing costs, shipping and handling or other fees not indicated on this form. SuJen Creatives has the right to void this contract if payments are not paid or is more than 14 days past due ($25 late fee per month). Customer will not be refunded if there are any necessary corrections or typos in their submitted file(s) prior to going to print. Customer will not receive original files developed by SuJen Creatives for any outside use other than SuJen Creatives or its affiliates. All payments are final and will not be refunded upon receiving this written agreement ten business days after date stated in this agreement. Proofs: No more than 2 optional design concepts provided per initial project. Finals: Final file(s) provided upon full confirmed payment. SuJen Creatives reserves the right to refuse job requests it deems offensive, conflicting or inconsistent with its mission statement. Agreement Form will automatically expire after full billing term as been completed. Renewals are required. SuJenCreatives.com/owner SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, MATERIALS & PRODUCTS.All terms effective until December 31, 2011.
